We hired Safeside to clean our chimneys for the winter and found out that we had extensive damage due to the way our newly-installed furnace vented out the chimney. (Apparently we were supposed to have put in a liner, but were never told that the new furnace would damage the existing chimney.). We hired Safeside to put in the new liner and do repairs to the furnace chimney and fireplace chimney. They showed us videos of the damage so we knew the problem was real. They were booked out over a month but came much sooner than expected. They did the repairs in a day and were professional, thorough, and efficient, while at the same time being polite and personable. They even blew out our gutters while they were on the roof! After the job was done, there was a small hole in the cement around the exhaust coming from the furnace to the wall. When I called about it, they came within a couple hours and took care of it. They did an outstanding job and we are very pleased with the service. They even waved the cleaning fee since we hired them to do the repairs. Our liner is guaranteed for life, and I know these repairs will mostly likely last longer than we will. Great work Safeside!
